A free iPhone app
Your pregnancy, week by week — calm and without scaremongering.
Mamiqa walks you through all 40 weeks: what is happening with your baby, what is happening with you, which check-ups are coming up and what is worth doing right now. Plus checklists, a diary, a kick counter and a contraction timer, and a due date calculator.
The web version works right away, with nothing to install. The full feature set is in the iPhone app.

Mamiqa is educational content. It does not replace a visit to your doctor or midwife — if you notice worrying symptoms, contact your medical team.
Good morning, Mama.
Week 24
24 of 40 weeks · 16 weeks to go
Your baby
Your baby is about 30 cm long and weighs as much as a large mango. They are practicing breathing, can hear your voice and respond to touch.
This week’s task
Book your glucose test (OGTT) — ideally between weeks 24 and 28.
Features
Everything you need in pregnancy. In one place. For free.
Searching forums at two in the morning does not help. Mamiqa gives you one organized answer to the most important question: what now?
-
A guide through all 40 weeks
Week by week: how your baby is developing, what is changing in your body, which check-ups are coming up and one concrete task for the next few days.
-
Checklists that stay with you
Check-ups in every trimester, birth preparation, the hospital bag and questions for your doctor. Tick items off and see what is left — including your own additions.
-
Kick counter
A calm way to track your baby’s movements: counter, session time and history in one place. No spreadsheets, no guessing.
-
Contraction timer
Measure how long contractions last and how far apart they are. The app keeps the log organized, so you do not have to count in your head while stressed.
-
Pregnancy diary
Notes, questions for your appointment, mood and weight in one place. Go back to what you wrote last week — without hunting through scraps of paper.
-
Due date and current week
From your last period or from an ultrasound (Naegele’s rule) — and the app keeps track of which week you are in.
Mamiqa is 100% free — no subscription, no in-app purchases, no trial period and no hidden fees. Every feature on this list is available from first launch and will stay that way.
How it works
Three steps. No manual needed.
- 01
Enter your week or due date
Type in the date of your last period or your ultrasound date. It takes a few seconds, and you can change it at any time.
- 02
Read what applies to you right now
Instead of searching the whole internet, you see one page for your current week: your baby’s development, your body, check-ups and the task for the week.
- 03
Save what matters
Kicks, contractions, weight, mood and questions for your appointment. Everything stays on your iPhone — no account, nothing sent to the cloud.

Who Mamiqa is for
-
Your first pregnancy
You are not sure what to expect or what is normal. You get a clear explanation week by week — without forum chaos.
-
Another pregnancy
You have little time, because someone is already running around the house. Jump back to a specific week, tick off check-ups and note only what matters.
-
A partner or someone close
You want to help for real, not just ask “how are you feeling?”. You can see which stage the pregnancy is at and what is worth sorting out now.
Privacy
Your pregnancy is not material for cloud data
A pregnancy diary, a log of contractions, weight, mood — these are some of the most private things you can entrust to an app. That is why Mamiqa is a local app: it runs on your iPhone and never sends your content anywhere.
Local-first model. Diary, contractions, weight and mood stay on your device — we do not collect personal data, because we have no server to send it to. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and never ask for tracking permission (ATT): the ads that fund Mamiqa are non-personalized.
-
No accounts, no logins
You never give us an email address, phone number or name. The app does not even have a sign-up screen.
-
No server, no cloud
Mamiqa has no backend and no cloud of its own. Your entries never reach us — we have nowhere to send them. They stay on your iPhone, and you manage backups in iCloud your own way.
-
No profiling, no data trading
We do not sell or share data about your pregnancy — we do not have it and do not want it. The ads that fund Mamiqa are matched to the topic of the page, not to you.
-
Full control and deletion
At any time you can clear all data with one button in the app settings. No questions, no waiting periods.
Details of how we process data — including the controller and your rights — are in the Privacy Policy and in the GDPR information clause.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Mamiqa
Short, concrete answers — no marketing waffle. If something is missing, write to us.
Is Mamiqa free?
Yes — with no strings attached. Mamiqa is 100% free: there are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, trials, or locks after a few days. You download the app and get the full 40-week guide, every checklist, the journal, and every tool. There are no hidden fees and nothing behind a paywall.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Mamiqa has no accounts, logins, or profiles — you never create an account with us and never share your email address or phone number. The only exception is on Apple’s side: you need an Apple ID to download anything from the App Store, but Mamiqa never sees or processes any data related to it.
Does my data go to a server?
No. Mamiqa has no backend or cloud of its own. Journal entries, kick counts, contractions, weight, hydration, and checklists are saved only locally — on your iPhone, or in your browser’s storage in the web version. Nobody, including us, has access to them. We use no analytics or third-party tracking libraries, and the ads that fund Mamiqa’s development are not matched to your data.
Does Mamiqa work offline?
Yes. Once downloaded, the app works fully offline — the guide content, checklists, and tools are stored locally. You don’t need an internet connection to use the app.
Does Mamiqa replace a doctor or midwife?
No, and it doesn’t try to. Mamiqa is an informational and educational resource that helps you understand what happens in each week of pregnancy and what may be worth asking about at your visit. It doesn’t diagnose or provide treatment. If you notice any concerning symptoms, contact your doctor or midwife, and in a life-threatening situation call 112.
From which week can I use the app?
From the very first one. If you only suspect you’re pregnant, set week 4–6 — you’ll get information about the first tests and appointment. The app covers all 40 weeks, and you can change your week at any time in the settings.
How does Mamiqa know which week I’m in?
We calculate your due date from the first day of your last period or from the date your doctor determined via ultrasound (Naegele’s rule). Based on that, the app determines your current week and switches the content automatically on the day the week changes.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. Mamiqa was originally created in Polish — shaped around the Polish perinatal care system, test names (such as first-trimester ultrasound, OGTT, and prenatal screening), and the realities of visits to Polish clinics. The English version brings the same experience to English-speaking users.
Can I use Mamiqa without an iPhone?
Partially. The web version at www.mamiqa.online/app works in a browser on your phone or computer, but it saves data only in that browser. Full features — notifications, saved kick and contraction sessions, and persistent data — are available in the iPhone app.
How do I delete my data?
In the app settings, choose the option to clear your data — it removes everything instantly and permanently from your device. Uninstalling the app also removes data from your phone; if iCloud backup is enabled, a copy may remain in your iCloud for some time (you manage it in your iPhone settings). Mamiqa never stores your data on any of its servers. See the privacy policy for details.
Are there ads or hidden fees in the app?
There are no hidden fees: no subscriptions, no microtransactions, nothing behind a paywall. There are ads — they are what fund free access to the entire guide. They are matched to the page topic, not to you: we don’t use the advertising identifier (IDFA), we don’t build profiles from pregnancy data, and we don’t sell data. The hospital bag section is an editorial list of products with links to external stores — it isn’t an ad and costs nothing. We take no commission on purchases, and the catalog contains no affiliate links today. If such a link ever appears, we will clearly mark it in the app — the rules are described in the terms of service.
Can my partner or a loved one use Mamiqa too?
Yes. The “what happens this week” section and the checklists are written so that another person can quickly understand where the pregnancy is at and how to help — without reading the whole guide.
Who is behind Mamiqa?
The app is developed by Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o., based in Lodz, Poland. We create the content based on publicly available perinatal care guidelines and have it professionally reviewed. We are not a healthcare provider and do not offer medical services.
